Founded by Steve Bibeau in 1997, Mobility & More is a family-owned accessibility company built on more than 30 years of industry experience. After working for several large companies throughout New England, Steve saw an opportunity to offer something more personal: a smaller, family-run business centered on exceptional customer service, trusted guidance and genuine care for every customer.
Today, Mobility & More continues that commitment, helping families throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire live more safely and independently at home. From high-quality mobility products to professional installation and responsive service, our team brings decades of expertise and a personal touch to every project—giving our customers and their loved ones greater independence, comfort and peace of mind.

Where we are Today
Today, Mobility & More is owned and operated by Matt Shoukimas and Austin Cowden, who began working alongside Steve right out of high school and have grown with the company over the years. Although they are not related by blood, they have built the kind of trust, loyalty and shared commitment that makes them family.
Matt and Austin remain personally involved in the work, bringing years of hands-on experience to customer consultations and installations, not simply managing the business from behind a desk. As fathers themselves, they understand how important it is to keep loved ones safe, comfortable and independent at home. They are proud to carry Steve’s legacy forward as a close-knit, family-run company where every customer is treated with genuine care.
